We've reserved a room block at the Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street in downtown Boulder, CO to ensure that there is enough space for everybody to stay there should they want to. HOWEVER: you are certainly not obligated to stay here if you do not wish. If you would like to get an AirBnb - great! If you would like to stay with friends/family in the NoCo area - great! You are also more than welcome to book a room at a different hotel if you wish. In general, Longmont tends to be slightly cheaper, but Boulder tends to be slightly cooler. If you would like other cool hotels to stay at in the Boulder area, we suggest checking out the Hotel Boulderado, as it is a historic upscale hotel in the heart of Boulder.

• Book soon. We recommend booking as soon as you know you're coming.

• Coordinate with friends. Many rentals in the area have great spaces for groups, so get a house for your group, split a hotel room, or share a rental car to save some money (and maximize fun!).

• Stay the whole weekend. We know you're super busy, but we'd love for you to have time to enjoy the area. If you can, book a place for Friday through Sunday and get in as much wonderful time in Colorado as you can.
